My journey in photography began in the 1970’s with my first Fuji ‘film’ camera and included learning the skills to develop images in the dark room.

My return to photography coincided with my interest in watercolour painting both of which are intrinsically linked to creative expression. An understanding of light, composition, perspective and texture are all equally important in creating images that will excite and form lasting memories of a particular time and place.
